About Stefan Brumley
Stefan Brumley joined Harris Cook Law in September 2022 and practices with the firm's Family Law Division. He works alongside David L. Cook, Donna J. Smiedt, John A. Clark, and Olivia A. Sheppard, part of the team of family law attorneys in Arlington, TX, with decades of combined courtroom experience.
Stefan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law in 2019 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas that same year. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in History at Texas Tech University in 2013. During law school, he volunteered at the Austin Street Center, which serves people experiencing homelessness in Dallas.
Before joining Harris Cook Law, Stefan practiced at Cornerstone Legal PLLC, where he focused on real estate transactions. His earlier legal experience includes a summer internship at the Dallas City Attorney's Office and a law clerkship at Harris Cook Law.
From the firm's Arlington office, Stefan represents clients in Southlake, Mansfield, and across greater North Texas. He leads with family law, helping clients through divorce, child custody, and related matters.
