About Olivia Sheppard
Olivia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where she was named a Bowen Scholar. She built her early trial experience at the Trammell-Piazza Law Firm in Texarkana, taking on business disputes, catastrophic personal injury, and nursing home abuse cases.
In 2019, she opened her own firm devoted only to family law. After relocating to Texas, she practiced with the Beal Law Firm before joining Harris Cook Law. Today she leads the Family Law Division in Southlake and works alongside the firm's family law attorneys in Arlington, TX, guiding clients through divorce, child custody, and complex family law matters.

In August 2025, Olivia joined Harris Cook Law to launch its Family Law Division in Southlake. She gives families in Southlake, Westover Hills, Argyle, and northern Tarrant County a single point of contact for their case.
Olivia is admitted to practice in Texas, Arkansas, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. She also externed for Justice Robin Wynne of the Arkansas Supreme Court.
A member of the Texas Bar College, Olivia was named one of Four States Living Magazine's Fabulous 40 Under 40, recognition earned through her results-driven advocacy for families.
